​As a avid runner, cyclist and overall active guy,
I am pleased to extend my riding and
wrenching experience in the MANN BIKE CAVE.

After retiring from my career I decided it was time to
concentrate on my love of the bicycle and
share my passion with fellow riders.

I have also been a running instructor for folks
​from beginners to marathoners
and more recently long distance cycling events.

My background includes two full Ironman completions
along with several shorter distance triathlons.

​I discovered my strength as a rider so love to share conversations on cycling topics and look forward to supporting my community and my services as a bike mechanic.
