He has completed the Basic Bicycle Mechanic Certification at the University of Calgary.

  Inspect, clean and lubricate chain

  Service both rim and disc brakes including hydraulic bleeding
  Clean brake calipers to ensure proper clearance and position
  Inspect and adjust all brake nuts and fasteners
  Inspect and adjust brake levers for proper tension
  
  
• Tires and rims
  Check and adjust tire pressure
  Inspect tires for bulges and cracks
  Inspect wheel hub bearings and axle nuts
  Inspect and adjust spokes
  Inspect and adjust quick releases and drop outs
  
  
• Pedals
  Inspect for binding or roughness
  
  
• Seat and seat post
  Inspect condition and adjust tightness
